Speaking anecdotally re. Erie County, PA, USA, the ‘songbird’ (warblers/vireos) migration is certainly over for the fall, but that leaves the waterfowl migration fully underway. For example, multiple recent sightings of a fall favourite, Ruddy Duck (all immature/female unless noted):
