Back in Erie County, Pennsylvania, the big news over the weekend was the first-ever reported sighting of Black-necked Stilt at Gull Point on Saturday. Sunday access was complicated by the Erie marathon, but the park re-opened after noon, making for good late-day lighting:

Great to see this species at Gull Point. (You may recall the last time seeing these was at Lake Cochise in Wilcox, AZ, by the little golf course.)
Adult males and females look alike, so they could have been either. Mostly likely a male and a female.
