    What was the bird in the photo of the sunset???
    …Can’t believe how long the hummer’s tongue is!!!

      Thanks – much easier to see hummingbirds in Erie need a feeder.

      Bird in sunset was probably a Ring-billed Gull, perhaps a Herring Gull. They regularly travel from the lakefront area to forage on agricultural fields to the south.
